Senior Care Program is a fitness and wellness center that caters to mature adults 50+ offering a comprehensive fitness facility designed exclusively for the mature adult. The program also includes a physical therapy regimen to relieving pain and addresses those functional limitations particular to the member with chronic conditions.

It follows similar protocols of the Nifty after Fifty programs to improve the health of the aging where members come to our facility twice a week for an hour session.

Physical Therapy
Every member is carefully evaluated properly to understand the specifics of their condition. The physical therapist will determine the best method, or combination of methods, to resolve the specific problems using soft tissue/ joint mobilization and orthopedic rehabilitation.

Fitness Program
A full body training supervised exercises program to isolate individual muscles with the use of:

  • Swiss Balls Activities
  • Mat Activities

Members are progressed according to their abilities and given home exercise program to continue, upon discharge. This also helps the fragile become stronger.

Nutritional Counseling
The benefits of a balanced diet, the right vitamins in the right amounts, and taking a sensible approach to your weight can produce dramatic results, higher energy levels, a more robust immune system, and improved mental acuity.

Brain Aerobics
Brain Aerobics is a specialized program that sharpens your memory and improves your ability to retrieve and remember information, enhance problem-solving skills and enrich your intellect.
